Two parts of a wedding invitation are displayed so as to overlap one another. The mats were then cut to match the profile of the offset. Since the ribbon on the mat was irregular, the opening had to be cut free hand. Also the frame had to be made deeper by adding an extender, to accept the depth that the ribbon presented.
